Check Service Options
ECT Program - combines the benefits of paper checks with the speed, ease and safety of electronic processing. It's just like accepting a credit card or debit card at the point-of-sale. The check is converted to a paperless transaction by electronically moving funds from the customer's bank account to the business's bank account.
Check Guarantee - gives the merchant 100% reimbursement for NSF checks, which have been guaranteed. This service allows merchants to accept checks from previously unknown customers, out of town customers, and checks which exceed the merchant's normal limits of credit worthiness, because of their size or other characteristics, (first time customer, unusual purchase, etc.).
Check Verification and Collection - provides the merchant with the ability to minimize (not eliminate) NSF checks. Verification is verifying a check writer against a database.
Check Conversion - allows the merchant to convert each paper check into an ACH transaction at the point of sale.
